that: "reasonable
personal use shall be allowed." Pay particular
attention to the hi-lighted calls (pink signifies calls
to Daytona Beach, Florida, green signifies calls to a
local golf course, and blue signifies other out-of-state
calls). Also, take note of the large volume of calls to
and from other cell-phones. Then you be the judge....do
you think most of Mr. Farris' calls* are
