Desmond Hotel
A check with the Desmond hotel revealed that the room Rhau stayed in was a room with a king size bed. We were told this room (pictured below) is a fair representation of the room Rhau stayed in, without the canopy.

Rhau's stay at the Holiday Inn, Saratoga Springs on 09/19/04 cost the district $419.56 . It appears there were two people in the room - records show that two orders were placed to the Bookmakers Restaurant and charged to room #432, one for $12.00 and the other $31.65 (was this room service?) Plus, three long distance calls were made from his room totaling $32.91. Some members of the school board that we checked with indicated they had no idea Rhau went on this trip.
